Students are immersed in a hands-on experience of how laws are created, debated, and passed. The Florida State Capitol exposes students to different branches of government to deepen their understanding of how our State has developed over the years.

Take a step back in time into America's first planned out city. Experiencing the first ever public school, what it would have been like to be a soldier in the Civil War, and discover the unique diversity in the special ecosystem known as Tybee Island.

Day Trips offer individuals an opportunity to escape the basic classroom and discover a world of exploration. Whether it be hunting for million year old megalodon teeth and other types of fossils or discovering Florida's rich history, geology, and all the unique things that make this great state Florida.

NASA's Kennedy Space Center

Merritt Island, FL

Students can see the world through the eyes of an astronaut, spending the day exploring the grounds of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Fossil Hunting on the Peace River

Wauchula, FL

Did you know that long ago Florida was the bottom of an ocean? On these full day journeys students will travel back in time as they hunt for fossils of all different kinds in various locations.

Teaching Zoo & Planetarium

Gainesville, FL

This one of a kind program offers students the chance to visit the only accredited teaching zoo in the United States as they witness college students working to become Zoologists.

Legoland

Younger students can spend the day immersed in a life sized version of the infamous childhood toy Legos. They develop an understanding of engineering and physics through observation and putting their newly learned skills into practice.
